Hive undroppable

Sometimes you cannot drop a hive. I think it says theres a structure blocking the hive, maybe it has to do with falling structures. It is very rare.

Brush based entities, especially those with ridiculously large bounding boxes, can block hives from being placed. They can also separately allow a hive to be placed, but prevent it from completing, making it impossible to drop another hive, or get the chamber for the hive since it sticks at 99%.

I also believe "solid" entities like resource nozzles and resource towers can block hives.
