Proper diff on edits

Hey so I was wondering if it was possible to do a more obvious "hey this is what changed when the user edited their messages".
For example

Tell me what changed
Sadly this isn't contrived as I've had people send long detailed messages to the bot, then edit them whilst we are reading them with no idea what changed.
Taking inspiration from @LostLuma 's implementation within mod bots

You can see that the changed character is done in bold so you can easily spot the difference.

I was wondering if something similar was possible to add into this project, thanks
