The situation is simple: clipper 100% height of the viewport + horizontal scroll.

In FF (at least in OS X), the height of horizontal scroller keeps increasing on window resize . This worked with a help of impact: 'clipper'. I think because of native scrollbar hiding mechanism FF can only work with impact: 'clipper' in this case...
