Currently, if you change a value in the src/data folder and rerun the snakemake workflow, the data will non be rewritten. This is due to the rules in the snakefile not looking at src/data, but rather dataSources. We should probably update this so the rules look at both locations. Moreover, we need to improve documentation about where to update values.

dataSources is now /resources/
src/data is now /results/data
