404 Not Found

Once everything was writable I continued onto the next step where it would go to the following folder, "/install/database-config" Only problem is there wasn't a install folder and database config. So, it prompted this error, "The requested URL /install/database-config was not found on this server." Please answer and help me out. ;)

I've experienced this issue too. One way around it was to substitue index.php/ before that, for example /app/webroot/index.php/install/database-config.
