Need plugin for Cloudstack

Hi Rohit, Thanks for your help. I'll let you know if I need any help. I'm working on the plugin doing the update to version 4.19. The PR will arrive soon.

You may follow the PR here : apache/cloudstack#8251. We still need to stabilize the connection and to do a bit of refactoring.
