Replace stargaze gifs with autoplay inline videos #1747

Stargaze NFT gifs can sometimes be quite large, so we likely want to use the resized version. However, resized gifs are returned as mp4s.

We can easily detect that and insert a video with loop, autoplay, and no controls, like this:
