'auto_install': True in field_timepicker module on branch 13

Hello everyone! How are they?
I have found something that makes it difficult for me when running an instance of odoo 13 and that is that in the
manifest.py of the field_timepicker module has auto_install set to true. Is there any reason to keep this like this?
