Support CamAPS and Glooko API

Some users use a FreeStyle Libre 3 sensor together with a mylife YpsoPump and the app CamAPS from CamDiab.

If that is the case the Libre 3 app CANNOT be used anymore as the sensor has to be started within the CamAPS FX then so LibreLinkUp is not available.

The CamAPS FX app has the option to share the glucose details to other CamDiab users and/or Glooko.

Let us evaluate if it would be possible to support one or both platforms inside LibreLinkUpDesktop.

Glooko says

Direct API Integrations are available to Glooko's US, Canada, and EU-based commercial customers, and access depends on each customer's subscription model. Individual user API access is not available

on the API docs.

I did not find an API from CamDiab yet.

But it is always good to ask.
