Description:
I have recently received a email for survey on my inbox ,but I didn’t remember when I registered in your website and platform.
When I logged in my profile I saw a message and request for hosting . It was for 7 months before and unfortunately I didn’t receive any notification.

Please tell me how I can receive notifications when it’s a request
