[NEW FEATURE] Incorrect config file module section name

In my experience many errors when running shapepipe are due to missing or wrongly spelled module
sections in the configuration file. The default behaviour right now is to ignore this and use the default
settings. Check whether this is true!

If yes: this should raise an error.
