Details: 2 registered modules both with grade A+ (CAP shoulld be 5.0)

Command: course achieve c/5 s/4

Expected behavior: You need to maintain an average CAP (per sem) of 5.0

Behavior: You need to maintain an average CAP (per sem) of 6.25
