Task description

Currently the verifier frontend allows asking for removal of verifications by discord and telegram ID, but not via account credentials.

There is utility in also being able to use the account credentials to remove verifications, since account credentials can be retrieved automatically from the seed phrase, and are likely to be more safely stored.
