See CommunityGD32Cores/gd32-pio-spl-package#3. The build script here needs to be adapted for that.

Commit 11e6816 and CommunityGD32Cores/gd32-pio-spl-package@b2ff4f7 just made the start for that with GD32F3x0 libs, now the USB libs + all other series must be added.
