Unable to Log in to Codium-ai Plugin in GitHub Codebase

Description:
I am experiencing an issue with the Codium-ai plugin when using it within the GitHub codebase. When I attempt to log in, I am redirected to an external link for authentication. After successfully logging in through the browser, my local VS Code client opens instead of returning to the VS Code within the GitHub codebase.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a GitHub repository in the GitHub codebase.
2. Attempt to use the Codium-ai plugin.
3. When prompted to log in, follow the external link to authenticate.
4. Complete the login process in the browser.

Expected Behavior:
After successful authentication, the browser should redirect back to the VS Code instance within the GitHub codebase, allowing me to use the Codium-ai plugin.

Actual Behavior:
After successful authentication, the browser opens my local VS Code client instead of redirecting back to the VS Code instance within the GitHub codebase.
