Overview

Add the tray of buttons to the bottom of the homepage with pressed-state styling. The buttons don't actually need any functionality besides showing the user they have been pressed.

Suggested solution (optional)

Consider using the Button, Button Group, and a div-style component from the Bootstrap components.
