Can't cause any damage to npc...

I have created an npc, sentry, and when we attack him, he succesfully defends himself, but the problem is, we make 0 damage, We keep hitting, but it says we hit for "0" damage.The npc, him can hit and works properly. Is it a problem in configuration files? I know I had a few problems with pvp, theires maybe a plugin disabling it...

this is always a conflicting plugin. I know PEX/modifyworld is one problem.
