Not vibrating in incoming call while it does in other dialers.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Actual behaviour

Phone does not vibrate in incoming calls. Although the setting is turned on in the device settings. It does not vibrate in general mode or vibration mode.

Expected behavior

I expected it to vibrate simultaneously while the ringtone rings in general mode and vibrate simultaneously while there's incoming call in vibration mode.
