Global enable/disable switch

This addon certainly does its job well, but it sometimes does it too well, especially when reading bug reports. It is sometimes confusing when you can't distinguish what's written in the bug report and what was replaced by the addon.

It would be nice to have a button in the upper buttonbar (possibly configurable) to enable/disable all replacements with one click. Currently, the only way is to disable the addon.
