Addon mistakenly replaces when a word matches only partially #5

I found out that the addon can replace words with only a partial match, which is not always appropriate. This is the most visible with the word "car", since so many words use it as a substring.

See example screenshot below, showing a Google search result.

I have created a patch for this issue (#6) and submitted a PR request.
