discussion redirection #1381

on page discussion, if there is no messages, the page is redirected to TL.

It's ok except if there is a draft.

The draft can have a parent_id -> stay on the page
else -> redirect to /messages/<id>

related to #1374

for now a discussion with only a draft fails to load cf #1374

Currently the tab is closed only if there is no messages nor drafts.
