As part of building x11/plasma5-plasma-desktop, kpackagetool5 from devel/kf5-kpackage processing org.kde.plasma.desktop files crashes under the user mode when executed by hybrid ABI cmake. share/metainfo/org.kde.plasma.desktop.*.appdata.xml files are currently not created when building a CheriABI package for x11/plasma5-plasma-desktop.

We must debug kpackagetool5 under the user mode to generate the missing files.
