Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Type 'todo tt/ c/' in the Command Line and press 'Enter'
  2. See error message 'Title can take any values, and it should not be blank'

Expected behavior
Error message 'Content can take any values, and it should not be blank' should also be displayed.
