To implement my Reminder command and Meeting minutes command by end of Week 12

Reminder:

  • Adds a reminder for the next meeting as well as its details, below the ToDo bar

Meeting minutes:

  • Replace browser window on the GUI and opens a large text box that can be saved/deleted/edited
