Create front-end code for reacting with emojis - Part 2

In this issue, we will add a feature for reacting/replying to topic discussions with emojis. Students will be able to choose from a small range of emojis to react to the message (similar to whatsapp or discord). In this issue, we will focus on displaying the emoji as a reaction on the post

Estimated effort:
The task will require about 1-2 days to complete. Bugs and other issues might take another day to fix. Around 2 days in total.
