Add field NetworkID to plans.json, so that the relationship between insurance products and providers can be described more accurately and concisely. This relationship is demonstrated in CCIIO’s own “Plan Attributes PUF” (see Data Dictionary and PUF data file).

  • Based on analysis of Plan Attributes PUF, each 14-digit plan ID has only 1 network.
