Set steer_drive_controller' status as DEPRECATED #29

I believe steer_drive_controller is supposed to be DEPRECATED (without that in indigo-devel) cuz it has been merged into original ros_controllers as ackermann_steering_controller ros-controls/ros_controllers#356.

Todo

  • Update ROS wiki http://wiki.ros.org/steer_drive_controller.
    • To do this, ros_controllers must be released to sync with document header though..
  • add DEPRECATED description and recommendation to reference to ackermann_steering_controller.
