The new ACE Armor PassThrough Effect is misbehaving and is actually making armor much more tankier than before. Whereas previously modded armor such as the CUP 6B45 armor would not be able to stop a CUP 5.56 round at 100 meters, it now only causes a light bruise at best.

Recommend forcing the value on the server side to 0% until we are able to evaluate it further or ACE makes a patch to resolve current behavior.

Follow up: server is currently set to 0% so no effect for upcoming session, Pabst taking another look tomorrow
