hi, your project is great. i used your project for Transmitter DVB-T when i used hackrf for sending it,i can not receive video with format .ts with receiver.
i used your grc dbvt-rx and vlc media player, but i can not get any media video.
onside is hackrf and other side is rtl-sdr.
for transmitting should they sync? please help
best regards stackprogramer

hey stackprogramer, by chance did u had any luck in solving your issue of not receiving the video.
I am using limesdr and rtlsdr as Tx and Rx respectively and facing the same issue.

hi, Finally i recorded the video but it has problem reset when i used rtl-sdr as dvb-t player in vlc,
when i use two hackrf one as TX/RX i had not any video.
see below links, if you succeed in any stage share result here thanks

thanks for your quick reply, i saw the videos. Thats great that you received the videos, but in my case I am using Limesdr as Tx which says the minimum bandwidth should be 5MHz, the sampling rate can be 1Msps without any issues. I am using AMD64 Xeon processor, which i guess has got good potential. I tried to use DVB T as well as transmitted using GMSK based packet encoder to transmit and in both the cases I am getting no signals after sync blocks (OFDM symbol Acquisition for DVB T and Packet decoder for GMSK case), so I believe the problem lies with clock in RTL. Also previously i was getting the frequency offset error in GNURadio but now i dont get any errors only few warnings but no output.
Kindly suggest whether I am thinking right and where I should head to solve the issue.

Nitin

You're welcome , For RTL-SDR had not good response in gnuradio , Instability clock is 80 pmm,for hackrf one 20ppm,limesdr 4ppm. but howover i can send and received GFSK with hackrf one as TX and RTL-SDR as RX, every thing works, but some of bit sending has some error in final file.

So, Can i correct such errors by specifying frequency correction in Osmocom source as 80 ppm for RTL?
I tried to download ur .grc files but i couldn't because of https issue. Do you have any other link or can u please drop me a mail so that I can check if it works in my system too.
Thanks

now it is random some second 80ppm,79,70 ,... and so on. it is recommended we don't use some sdr hardware like rtl-sdr, it is a only toy.

for download sign in google account you should can download , or you should request it i opened it.

Hey stackprogramer,
I used your flowgraphs, but hard luck again. No output after packet decoder block. This RTL thing is driving me nuts. Lime is transmitting and I can receive also the signal is just fine before packet decoder but nothing after that. Any idea???

i think you RTL-SDR is not work, please check it with GQRX, check you can see spectrum of signal....

I have checked my RTL -SDR and i can see the spectrum in SDR# (as i am working with windows 10).
Now i am getting the signals but only once in a blue moon, rest of the times there is no output from GNURadio.
