Redeterminations attributed to previous verifier on verifier pane

In the example below an auto-generated comment attributes the redetermination to the wrong person (the first person to verify the record, rather than another verifier who actually redetermined).

Seems only to affect the verification pane so presumably very low priority.

Another confusing example of this is 21820940

The grey box comments with the redetermination icon seem to lag a person behind the one who has made the lastest redetermination. I'm not sure these comments are even neccesary, as the blue box comments that appear beneath correctly say who has redetermined the record.
