Just tried to do (at about 22:25 on 21 August) a fairly ambitious import of just over 7,000 rows, and failed with an error message that I didn't manage to capture but as far as I recall just said that it had failed. The import page was left showing:
Is this likely to be the result of importing a large file, in which case we need to know what the limit is for a single import? Or is there another cause?
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Just tested my theory that the problem is caused by unrecognised TVKs, and so far this doesn't seem to be the case.
My test import used two TVKs, NHMSYS0000503870 and NHMSYS0000503886. The former is not recognised by Pantheon, the latter is. However, both of these TVKs imported successfully into iRecord.
So either there is another problem with the original import, or else if it is a TVK issue I haven't yet found the TVK culprit.
Also not sure why Pantheon doesn't recognise NHMSYS0000503870 while iRecord does, but that's a separate issue.
