Specimen of this in the National Taraxacum Collection at NMW, collected by Lady Anne Brewis, Ashford Hill Meadows, May 1989, det. Prof. A J Richards. I refound it there on 21 April 2017 (specimen det. Prof. A J Richards). Taxon included in BSBI Handbook on Dandelions and in Sell & Murrell. T. akteum on MapMate - but is incorrectly given as a synonym of T. webbii (in Section Palustria). T. akteum is in Section Celtica. The 'Source' for this is given as Stace 1997 which mentions neither species !
