Add force update option for work as ArgoCD controller sometimes removes the owner reference which blocks our subsequent updates
Support override. Apply the finalizer on the hub cluster blocks the deletion of the application while we need it on the member cluster. I am sure there are other cases in that someone needs to add/modify the CR so the applied CR is slightly different from the hub cluster version.
