Update Vulnerabilities

Hi Team,

First of all, thanks for all your support on updating the DurableTask Nuget <3

I've notived our Veracode is flagging the dependencies again as vulnerable, and I saw you're updating them here:

Is there any plan to update to the latest on Azure.Identity ? I see it's 1.11.x and veracode flags it as vulnerable, are there plans to update to the latest?
