[EMSUSD-1735] Moving a component will reset the rotation value to 0, rotating will move the pivot to the center since 0.28

Moving a component will reset the rotation value to 0.
Rotating will move the pivot to the center.
If you change any value of that component, this bug doesn't happen.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. select a component
2. move it or rotate it

Expected behavior
Do not change the rotation values and pivot.

Certainly! We found that the problem was related to the time sample.
Tested with version 0.29

thank you for the sample file and the screen recording! I am able to reproduce this on our side as well. I logged an internal ticket (EMSUSD-1735) for us to investigate and we will discuss the viability and possible next steps regarding a fix.
