[Bug]: Zeng-Hu IPC cannot wear research voidsuit helmet

Describe the issue

As a Zeng-Hu IPC, you're unable to wear a refitted research voidsuit helmet. It gives the error message that your species cannot wear the helmet. The suit itself is unaffected, and can be worn.

I am unsure if this extends to other voidsuit subtypes, and/or other IPC subtypes. That would require further testing.

How to reproduce

Spawn as Zeng-Hu frame.
Cycle a research voidsuit helmet to Machine.
Try to wear it, but get your head stuck in not being able to wear it.

If I recall correctly, I also got this bug as a bishop frame, with a research suit
