Character request: «» in Polish keyboard (French quotation marks) #245

«» (French quotation marks) are used primarily for nested (and also traditionally often for biblical) quotations in Polish; I must resort to switching to English or French for it

also maybe ‹ besides « and › besides », respectively to n and m which already have < and > (respectively); it is done so in en layout with the «» so why not the singular ones
