Last week we officially wrapped up v0.5 and put a release tag on that commit. We're trying to keep "main" stable as we merge in additional commits, but if ever run into issues with main you can be confident that the version tagged commits will work.
I've been using HostedGPT daily now as my go-to instead of ChatGPT and it's working really well. While it doesn't have all of the features of ChatGPT, all the basics are here and they're solid. And notably, HostedGPT feels faster to me than ChatGPT! I bet the API calls go through different infrastructure than ChatGPT itself and maybe they give some priority to that? It's quite nice that HostedGPT replies so quickly since GPT-4 has always felt a bit sluggish to me over GPT-3.5.
I encourage everyone to start using HostedGPT as their primary interface to ChatGPT. That will help us discover issues and figure out what to prioritize in terms of the missing features! Start a new discussion if you need any help getting your dev environment setup or getting things deployed to Render.
