As the pack matured I had done most things, made a few stars, had a mature mine colony etc... so I decided to start again (in the same instance). I made a new start and now my map (I think its journeymap, its whichever opens but default from. key bind 'm') has all the markers from waystones in the other world! Surely an instance should support more than a single world folder?

It appears to only happen if you had kept the instance running, had one world opened, closed it and then opened the other...
somehow the waystone locations remain in system memory and are drawn on the map in the second world, they don't write to file and are no longer there after closing and relaunching minecraft.
closing..
