Windows ftp 编码问题

Describe the bug / 问题描述

我在Windows上将本地一块机械硬盘设置成了FTP服务器，由于Windows在中文环境下使用的是GBK编码，导致我alist在使用的时候显示的是乱码，虽然我已经把Encoding *设置为了GBK
