Mob nerf to make them less-annoying

They spawn everywhere and kept firing which it's the most annoying mob to deal with, why not make cooldowns longer or reduce the Spawn frequency

Mimicube
Mimicube is fast and tends to move at an unfair speed, making this mob irritating. Maybe it might wanna slow down to make this fair.
