Suppport TIC-80

the hope is that janet will be eventually added to tic, WIP here --> https://github.com/dressupgeekout/TIC-80/pull/1. I've been thinking about what it would look like to use junk-drawer in tic80, given that there are no external modules 🤔

One solution would be to create a "minimized" build of junk-drawer with every release that

• removes comments/docs
• in-lines everything into a single "file"
• compacts everything into a single line (or maybe 1 line per function)

Then users could simply copy/paste junk-drawer into their project and be on their way. FWIW this is how most library's in the fantasy console community work. the format module in sport is probably a good place to start.
