[Answered]: React UI is not available after building Klaw from source

What happened?

After building Klaw from source when I logged into Klaw the React UI was not available.

Klaw latest.

What did you expect to happen?

New React UI would be available to use.

As of this PR pnpm and node have been updated in the Klaw project to provide the latest security fixes and updates, along with ensuring that the project has continued access to the latest technologies to improve the user experience and features.

Update the versions of pnpm to > 9.0.0 and < 10.0.0 and node to > 20.0.0 and <21.0.0 to ensure that building the source code continues to build the new REACT UI.
