Meteo France Algorithm Source

Both correct.correct_vpr() and retrieve.melting_layer_mf() come from Meteo-France algorithms. Is there any published literature describing their algorithms?

@rwall2 I believe this is native to the meteoswiss pyart found here, a fork of Py-ART.
