Read files preemptively in alpha-g-vertices

The alpha-g-vertices binary could benefit (specially when running reading files from EOS) from loading the next file while the current file is being processed. It is worth trying.

For all the other binaries is more tricky because processing is very fast, so it doesn't give enough time to e.g. wait for a file from EOS.
