Describe the bug

The Niagara Button can cover the icon to access the notification list of an app in the favorites list. This makes it so you must navigate to the app in the app list to check notifications instead.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add favorite apps until list reaches the bottom of the screen.
  2. Place an app with notifications at the location adjacent to the Niagara Button
  3. Adjust Font and Icon Size until the arrow to access the notifications list is covered.
