Describe the bug

The Niagara FAB rarely does not show up upon unlocking the phone.

Restarting the launcher always fixes the issue. Leaving and re-entering the favorites sometimes fixes the issue.
The amount of data is very small.

Steps to reproduce

Currently unknown.
