Padding/Resizable Widget Height

The option to raise the widget/clock closer to the top of the screen or reduce the amount of padding on it would be very nice. In my attached screenshot, you can see there is a large amount of space between the top of the widget and status bar, and it would just be nice if the spacing were more even from the weather/calendar portion.
