Describe the bug and add screenshots

When we try to upgrade the paypal module to latest version using the zip, we have an error.

current version : v5.5.0

new version to update : v6.4.0

There is an issue with the SQL request DUPLICATE entry for key ps_hook_module.PRIMARY

Expected behavior

No response

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Modules page in prestashop BO
  2. Click install module and upload the ZIP
  3. You will see the error
